Francisco is an excellent salesperson. He treated my elderly friend and myself with total respect. The finance guy had an attitude that I didn't care for. elderly friend and myself with total respect. The finance guy had an attitude that I didn't care for. More

Great sales staff and helpful employees, whether you are their current sale or not. The dealership was unwilling to remove the accessory package (a couple of rubber floor and trunk mats for $426) and the the preservation package for $1195 worth about 1/4 of that at most, nothing more t package (a couple of rubber floor and trunk mats for $426) and the the preservation package for $1195 worth about 1/4 of that at most, nothing more than a money maker for the dealership. They would rather we walked away from the deal than remove it. We never wanted it. So apart from feeling fleeced over those two issues it was a positive experience (apart from making appointments and being kept waiting). Would I be a repeat customer? probably not! More
