Check in was a mess-took over 20 minutes to start to check in, then was told was going to be almost 2 hours past my appointment time to start service. I couldn’t wait that long for a tire rotation (was check in, then was told was going to be almost 2 hours past my appointment time to start service. I couldn’t wait that long for a tire rotation (was told they were overbooked) that I had an appointment for. I rescheduled and check in was better, slightly. Service was good, but the small things, which made the 1 hour drive to Stadium Toyota bearable (who wants to wait at a dealership for oil change/service) weren’t there-had to ask for car wash afterwards (and my truck was just as dirty after), walked for place to place to pay, etc. If what I could see was a cluster f***, what does that say about what I couldn’t see. My experience with “Gettel” Toyota, was no where near the quality I got from “Stadium” Toyota. By the way, my service manager did a very good job, in spite of the tidal wave going on around him. More
