On Monday July 29, 2013 my boyfriend and I went to Planet Honda to buy a new vehicle and to trade-in our 2010 Honda. The sale person told us "that it was better for us not trade in the 2010 Honda because we Honda to buy a new vehicle and to trade-in our 2010 Honda. The sale person told us "that it was better for us not trade in the 2010 Honda because we were going to have a balance left over". After that he encourages us, to lease a 2013 Honda. According to the sale person "we should call the finance company of our 2010 Honda accord and tell them that we don't want our old car, and he also said “we should returned the car since it was only going to be shown in our credit report as a voluntary surrender and this was not going to affect our credit score. We agree, but after going home and called the finance company they told us a different story, they said "that a voluntary surrender was the same thing as repossession; this was going to affect our credit the same way". On Tuesday July 30, 2013 we went back to Planet Honda and to try to take the 2013 Honda accord back because we feel we were misinform. The manager refused, and told us we needed to come back on Wednesday and he also said we couldn’t return the car, because we already had signed a contract. Finally we went back on Wednesday 31,2013 to Planet Honda and after arguing with the sales person and his manager; they broke the contract, because the paper we signed was a temporary contract. Please don't buy a car from this dealership because they give false information and mis-inform their customer just to get a sale. More
