This dealership is proficient, on point, and extremely helpful! Jeff Parker is PHENOMINAL ! He helped Me re lease along with another wonderful employee, Frank. They called me personally very often, emailed and stayed on top of my delicate situAtion until they made it happen and got me into another new car, new lease. Brought tears to my eyes with the way they truly helped my life!They both went far above and beyond to put me into a new 2011 328i! I'm forever grateful!
