I shopped four different BMW dealerships and the payment just did not match up with the numbers. I spoke to Tyler and Frank from Freehold and they presented a car with identical (if not better options) tha just did not match up with the numbers. I spoke to Tyler and Frank from Freehold and they presented a car with identical (if not better options) than the other dealerships and the payment was significantly less without me having to tell them what the other dealerships were presenting. They were both responsive and I even requested a change to the options. They went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the car that I wanted. They really made the entire experience pleasant. I will recommend them and the dealership to anyone. More

Bought a new BMW. They (in writing) agreed to throwing-in all-weather mats - now won’t reply to texts or voicemails, and haven’t given me the mats. You’d think they would hold up their end of the deal, after buying a $70k car … what a shame. More

Answered all my questions and worked with his team to get me into a new car at the best price! I am very happy with the customer service of all the staff members I had the pleasure to work with today, Frank took the time to explain the features in the car and didn’t just send me on my way.
