From the start, they gave me a great process in general. But I am quite happy with my new CR-V and my experience buying it from Honda Cars of Boston. From the start, they gave me a great up-front quote, and none of the dilatory tactics or unwanted add-one that too many other dealers use. The staff were courteous and professional throughout. With the COVID pandemic protocols in place, much of the purchase had to be done by email. Everything went smoothly, and my visit to the dealer was quick and expeditious. They really know how to treat people right. I would buy another car from them in the future. More
