I recently purchased a new 2024 HRV which included theft protection in the agreed upon deal. My salesperson and Braman management not only did not provide this as agreed upon but stopped communicating. I'm protection in the agreed upon deal. I'm a professional and have been in sales for years and have never seen such a lack of integrity and common courtesy. Avoid this dealership. Trust and customer satisfaction is of no conern to them or the General Manager would have returned a call. After purchasing many BMW's and MINI's from Braman, I now will avoid any further relationship with any Braman company. More

I came in to look at Honda CRV. I found the one I wanted and the price online was 22,500. Whne I told my salesman I wanted it, he came back and started adding all kinds of feature I found the one I wanted and the price online was 22,500. I am extremely pleased with the purchase of my Certified Pre-Owned, 2023 Honda Ridgeline from Braman Honda of Palm Beach. After test driving several other small to midsized trucks, I decided I li Certified Pre-Owned, 2023 Honda Ridgeline from Braman Honda of Palm Beach. After test driving several other small to midsized trucks, I decided I liked the Honda Ridgeline the best. My truck shopping started online and it was Karen Shoemaker who convinced me to stop in to talk to a salesman. She sent me information on the Honda Ridgelines that you had in stock and only shared the newest models with me that met my specifications. When I liked the silver Ridgeline, she made an appointment for me to meet with Frank Diaz. I was frazzled from truck shopping all day. Mr. Diaz was patient with me. I really appreciated that he listened to me and did not treat me like the salesmen at other dealerships. After negotiating, Mr. Diaz walked me out so I could go home to sleep on it. On December 21st, 2023, I returned and bought that truck! Mr. Diaz took me for a test drive, then finalized the purchase documents. Then Aylin Fernandez very professionally processed the financial paperwork. Your insurance professional, Anisley Moll, was amazing! I came in with quotes from two other insurance companies and she got me a much lower price with better coverage than either of them.
