I previously had nothing but rave reviews but as of today I will never buy or use their services again. While on vacation my 2017 Hyundai with an extended service warranty purchased in 2017 from Jim Ellis fa I will never buy or use their services again. While on vacation my 2017 Hyundai with an extended service warranty purchased in 2017 from Jim Ellis failed due to Hard Knock Sensor code in engine. Hyundai Of Metairie La could not get to it for 2 months so I had the vehicle shipped back to Jim Ellis on 2/29 $850. I received email that work would begin on 1/2 at 2:00 PM signed by Scott Kuehl. Since then I cannot get any feedback from anyone including General Manager Frank Dickerson. No one will answer or return my calls for update including service advisor, supervisor, service director Chris Johnson or again General Manager. I have an airtag in my car, it hasn't moved from the spot it was dropped off by car shipper that I can tell. I have purchased vehicles from Jim Ellis since 2003 my first being a Hyundai Santa Fe. Many family and friends purchased on my recommendation. I also contacted Hyundai Corporate 844-462-5537 and Jeff said they won't answer his calls. More
