What a horrible experience here. I saw a car on their website and multiple other websites sites for 45.7k, and I called and emailed the dealership, all confirmed the price, I said I want to proceed and p website and multiple other websites sites for 45.7k, and I called and emailed the dealership, all confirmed the price, I said I want to proceed and purchase the vehicle, the sales manager had one of the sales rep text me on what terms I wanted and I sent him everything, he then came back with a ridiculous quote for me, I told him that quote doesn’t seem right, he says it’s a mistake and he will send me the right quote, He then texts me back 10 mins later and says the price online is not correct and the car is 52k now, from 45k to 52k. He also says they have to change the price online (which still hasn’t changed btw) I’m thinking the sales rep wanted to give it to someone he knows or whatever the reason may be. unbelievable. Never in my life have I experienced this. More

I loved the friendliness My wife and I were looking for a nice car to lease and after visiting a few places we realized that a lot of car sales people made us feel very uncomf My wife and I were looking for a nice car to lease and after visiting a few places we realized that a lot of car sales people made us feel very uncomfortable. But walking into Mini (close to closing time btw) was a breath of fresh air. We were greeted by Frank who was so kind and friendly. We spent more time that we should have trying to decide a color! Regardless Frank was always smiling. I really loved the interaction at this dealership. We made a decision the same day to take a Mini, and I am loving the car every moment. Fantastic experience. BMW of Freeport is a wonderful car dealership. This is the second BMW that I have purchased from BMW of Freeport. The service was wonderful with my BMW of Freeport is a wonderful car dealership. This is the second BMW that I have purchased from BMW of Freeport. The service was wonderful with my first BMW. So when looking for a new car there was no other option than BMW of Freeport. Frank Gaeta was my salesman. I can not praise him enough. I felt very comfortable with Frank from the minute I met him. His customer service is second to none. I was very well taken care of from start to finish. I also want to thank Robert the finance Manager. I don't know how he keeps track of all the paperwork, but he does it with such ease. He is wonderful. In closing, I want to say, if you are in the market for a BMW. Go to BMW of Freeport. I live in East Patchogue and have much closer dealerships. Does not matter to me, I would rather travel the extra few miles for wonderful service. Ask for Frank Gaeta, he is wonderful and you will be pleased. More

Frank is a great person that not just cares about money and a sale but made personal attempts to make sure I was comfortable and got exactly what I wanted for my new car. I truly apppreciated this. He offered water or coffee got me and my family cookies. The Hospitality is beyond great! The level of professionalism is beyond great! I purchased a 2014 BMW 3-Series xdrive that had navigation and backup camera exactly what I was looking for after several research with low rating dealers online. The price was exactly within my range point and actually such a great deal from what I had researched on own . The car runs very smooth and although I am new to the functionality of the car everything was explained thoroughly not rushed! If you want 5 star quality service I highly recommend BMW Freeport!! I am a customer for life and will always recommend friends and family to them! The Location is clean staff is friendly! Robert the financing manager and Frank in sales made the process such a breeze and enjoyable I laughed every second! I am extremely so happy! God Bless you guys !! More

The atmosphere of the dealership was very warm and welcoming. It didn't take long before I was greeted and taken care of. I spoke with Frank about my budget and he showed me my various options. After that I narrowed my choices, was allowed a test drive, and it the deal was as good as done. Afterwards I spoke with Carlos Nieto who carefully and efficiently let me know what the final deal would look like. In short, I would highly recommenced anyone to BMW of Freeport.
