The Overall Sales Experience was RIGHT ON!! We got a price for our trade that exceeded our IMAGINATION beyond our wildest expectation. Several months ago we had stopped by and were offered an insulting price for our trade that exceeded our IMAGINATION beyond our wildest expectation. Several months ago we had stopped by and were offered an insulting amount thousands of dollars less. IN addition the actual agreed upon sales price on our new vehicle was less than a deal I was given through Costco through Pompano Honda. The icing on the cake was when we waited a few hours for Jason to push things through with Honda Motor Finance. We had gone through some rough times which had damaged our credit score. Jason and Frank were able to get the deal pushed through with the .9% from Honda. Thanks Guys!!! More

He even sold my daughter her first car. Andy is an excellent sales manager. He knows we mean business and always gets us the best deal. This was the first time I had the pleasure of doing my finance paperwork with Eddie Figueredo. We know Eddie from before when he use to work in the service department. It's nice to know that Rick Case has advance opportunity for their employees. Our first experience with Eddie was pleasurable and easy. But, I expected that. I love my new Odyssey and my daughter loves her new CRV! Thanks again Rick Case for making our car bying experience such an ease! More

The whole process was extremely quick and done in a professional manner. My only suggestion would be to alert customers ahead of time about the HondaCare extended warranties because it is a lot to thi professional manner. From the moment that my husband and I walked in the door the experience was great. From start to finish the team was very professional and courteous to us. They showed me all the vehicles I was interested i the experience was great. From start to finish the team was very professional and courteous to us. They showed me all the vehicles I was interested in and allowed me to test drive their vehicles. I was very pleased with the price of the product, we gave them a starting price and they were able to get numbers that we were happy with very quickly. They made it so that we felt as though they were there with us and only us and gave us their undivided attention, and time when we needed it. I would return back to this dealership and hopefully work with the same employees as they accomodated to our requests and made us very happy with our purchase. The paperwork was very painless as Frank and Mike entertained us very well and like I mentioned before answered everything once, twice, even three times and all with a smile. Thank you all for making this experience great for my family and me. I appreciate your professionalism. More
