My overall experience w/ Lake Norman Chrysler,Jeep, Dodge was outstanding & hassle free w/ friendly & courteous staff, the only drawback was I still paid a little more than what I was hoping to pay! I appreciate the fact that I was able to look w/o being pressured & everyone we dealt w/ seemed to be family oriented & tried to make it as painless as possible for them as well! Special thanks to Mark,Amanda& Frank for all your help!

My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
Lake Norman Jeep had lots of inventory for me to inspect and drive. Maggie in sales was knowledgeable and very helpful in all aspects of the purchase. Mr. Sparrow in the parts department was also very helpful in helping me find the correct parts to customize my Jeep the way I wanted. Lake Norman Jeep is definitely the best Jeep dealership in the area.

My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
I was already working with a dealership in the Richmond VA area - which is where I live and had already put money down on a 2011 Jeep Sahara Unlimited when I saw Lake Norman's web site. I filled out a questionaire for information and Mark Mosayebi called me. He was incredibly knowledable and very nice.
One of the options I wanted the other dealership told me it was no longer available on the 2011. When I asked Mark about this he assured me I could have all my options!
He was right! I got all my options and then some! He is amazing. We had lots of phone calls and emails. I felt like I knew him before we even met.
Tony, Frank and Tryii were great to work with too.
We drove 4 1/2 hours to pick up our new Jeep and it was worth every mile! We love Mark and Lake Norman Chrysler. We will be sending our son to Mark.
Mark it was an absolute pleasure working with you!

My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
I came to Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge with the expectation of buying a used vehicle if anything at all due to my credit issues. After talking with Mark he kept telling me that he could get me into a brand new Jeep at a decent bank rate and I still had my doubts. Well Amanda worked out great financing and I did pick out a Jeep but I wanted leather interior in it so Mark said that Frank Sparrow could order the leather that I picked out and have it installed with the deal. They did everything for me beyond my belief and everyone that I came in contact with in the staff treated me great. This is not your typical car dealer treatment, they are doing it right. I have bought two vehicles from them in the past before my Jeep and when I get my next Jeep probably a Unlimited I will definately come back here to purchase even though I live 40 minutes away. Keep up the good work and thanks for the experience.
