Hello;
I came to Lake Norman Jeep on Saturday looking for an person that I had talked to earlier in the week about a used vehicle. When I walked in I talked to Maragret and she infact did get me in touch with the person and proceded to tell me that she could help me. I am usually a hard person to deal with when buying a car however she stood tall and and answered and did everthing my way and allowed me the time to make sure that this is the Vehicle that I truley want. If I had a Car Dealership I would hire Her, She is very professional and a good stewart for Her employer, No pressure sales and will work with you however you want to work.

I traded my 2007 Jeep Cherokee for a 2011 Patriot. Maggie made it an awesome experience (even in the hot sweltering sun). I have been working with Maggie for four years now. She is smart, personable, knowledgeable and cares about the customer. She kept asking me if I liked the car and did not try to push me into anything. I love this dealership because all the employees are friendly, courteous and professional--from the check out associate to the service department to the technician, the sales associates, and others. When I would take my car in for service, I felt relaxed and comfortable. When I need to grade students papers or work on course work, I am able to do it in a nice, quiet environment. I like being about to see the car being worked on via monitor. Great snacks too! Overall, I am a die hard customer. Thanks again Maggie and Brian! I love my new car. (Tell your friends to ask for Maggie. She will make it happen!)

I went in because a buddy of mine told me how nice and non pushy they are. Just to look around! I meet a nice lady there named maggie who was so helpful in showing me around. She never pushed me to try anything but wanted to know if i was interested in a test drive. So i did and i enjoy my new 2011 Ram 1500. They worked with me to get my payments and my trade in where i wanted it to be. the selection is great everything you could think of. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS DEALER IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A CAR!!!!!

After buying my challenger at this dealership Maggie and staff continued to help me. She arranged for my car to come in and get a spoiler put on and for touch ups to be done. Every time my car leaves the dealership it is spotless. It is always washed and looks brand new. They make life easy when you go in there.

I just purchased a new 2010 Charger from Maggie last Monday and she was GREAT!!!!!! The finance manager and the desk manager were great too.
