I am filling out this review at the request of the dealership since I just bought a new car from them, but to give you a picture of how this dealership is, I filled one out on my own the minute I got dealership since I just bought a new car from them, but to give you a picture of how this dealership is, I filled one out on my own the minute I got home. The sales person I dealt with was Frank Wilcox, and I swear that man is a saint. He sat there patiently with me for test drive after test drive, never once pushing to close the deal, even letting me walk out the door after more than 3 test drives with only a warm handshake the statement "I hope you find the car you want, but if it IS a subaru, I just ask that you give me the chance to get you a better deal." There was no double talk, he gave me the sticker price and the dealer invoice price, which I copied down and checked with consumer reports: identical. When I mentioned the dealer holdback he was open and honest. Every aspect of my dealings with him was supportive, no pressure, and up front. He sat down and made sure that we read through every word on the sales agreements, and all of the warranty agreements, including the optional ones, but didnt push any of the extra warranties (which I did not buy) He just said "These are the additional warranty services we offer" And we just read the contracts. No pushing how great they were, and expounding on the benefits of extra coverage, just a careful read through of the wording of the contracts. If ANYONE within 100 miles of Patrick Subaru is thinking of buying a new or used car (they have some nice used ones too!) go straight to Patrick Subaru, and MAKE SURE you go directly to Frank Wilcox, second desk from the left against the far wall from the door. You will NOT be dissapointed. More

This was my first time buying a new vehicle and I am pretty sure it showed. Frank greeted me with a friendly smile as I walked in the door and never pressured me once. He answered every question I had and never hedged about negative aspects or costs. The negotiation was incredibly simple, and I was encouraged to compare their prices to other locations and dealerships. I was never once asked the question "What will it take for you to purchase this car today" Frank is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he works with, and any questions I could think of he immediately knew the answer. When it was time for me to leave the first time I was down there, there was no pressure to purchase a vehicle, he just said "If you do decide to purchase a Subaru, all I ask is that whatever you price you can get it for you give us a chance to beat it" I shopped around other dealerships found a better price than they offered, and they matched it. They were always warm and friendly and seemed very concerned that I understood all of the details of the processes and the warranties to make sure I did not think I was getting covered for something I was not. I am thrilled with my new car, and could not have been happier with the purchasing experience. I would encourage anyone to go to patrick subaru and if you do go down there, make sure you talk to Frank! More

I just helped my mom buy a 2010 Forester and this is the third Subaru I've purchased from Patrick's, the second from sale associate Frank Wilcox. I had an offer from another dealer and contacted Frank hopin third Subaru I've purchased from Patrick's, the second from sale associate Frank Wilcox. I had an offer from another dealer and contacted Frank hoping he could beat it. Sure enough, he beat the offer by $800. Needless to say, my mother (for whom the monthly payment was very important) was very pleased. Once again was very satisfied with the outstanding customer service we received at Patrick Subaru. Frank treated my mother with respect and courtesy and took the time to patiently explain all of the little details of the car and thoroughly answered every question she had. He also took her on a tour of the Patrick Subaru facility and highlighted the Service Department area while explaining the process of how she would drop off her Forester should she need service. For me, I’m a stickler for getting good customer service regardless of how big or small the purchase is and I knew my mom and I would get just that at Patrick’s and this time was no exception. Patrick's inventory, knowledgeable Service Department and outstanding customer service are the reasons why I keep coming back, and will continue to recommend Patrick's to anyone and everyone I know who is in the market for a car. More

I had a great buying experience with this dealership. They were very friendly and courteous, overall this was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I've had. They gave me the best deal on my 2010 Foreater as I had to drive 60 miles out of my area to reach this dealership because the 2 dealers in my area did not provide the support and help I needed to make the deal. They helped me work out an extended warranty plan which I could afford and so I now feel protected. My only regret is I live to far from this dealer to get service done on my car. I'm sure their service is top notch as this dealership is in a class of its own, Thank You Patrick Subaru. More

I was greeted at dealership by a good sales person who gave me my space to shop, answered all my additional questions and was very knowledgable about the Subaru line of vehicles.
