I appreciate that you have answered me but unfortunately the bad experience is not going to change my mind about the treatment we received at the Universal Hyundia dealer. It is so much so that no one has yet given us a call to apologize to us when the mistake they made caused my wife to have a nervous breakdown and it is so much so that the purchase documents still have the error that the vin number is wrong and I need that error to be corrected. The truth is that there have been too many problems but it is clear to me that I will never buy a vehicle there again and I have warned all my family and friends about this lack of professional ethics. I only hope that for the better they try to change and offer better customer service.
