I am writing this review to warn others. This dealership held my girlfriend's car for FIVE FULL DAYS to repair a single damaged rim and tire. The delay itself was unreasonable, but the compl This dealership held my girlfriend's car for FIVE FULL DAYS to repair a single damaged rim and tire. The delay itself was unreasonable, but the complete lack of communication was appalling. We were given no updates, no timeline, and were left in the dark. When she finally went in person to politely inquire about the excessive delay, the manager, Fred, responded by threatening to call the police on her for simply asking a question. This is not how you treat customers. The service experience was horrific, unprofessional, and frankly, intimidating. We will never return and advise you to steer clear unless you enjoy being ignored and then threatened when you ask for basic information. More

My car battery died and I brought it in for service without an appointment. Fred helped me right away and my car was fixed within two hours so I could drive to work that day. Fred B is super knowledgeable about my car. I trust him since he is direct and clear, on what has to happen, estimated cost and what has to happen in order. I like his approach a lot.
