The new service entrance is not clearly labeled. It looks like one would drive into the show room. I parked in front what I thought was the entrance and the 3 employees sitting on their phones had z It looks like one would drive into the show room. I parked in front what I thought was the entrance and the 3 employees sitting on their phones had zero idea I was not only parked in front of the service entrance, but had no idea I had gotten out of my car to walk into the showroom to ask where I needed to go. Once inside I was told to wait for someone. That took 5 minutes with no other information or where to wait. Returned to pick up my car to only again wait for someone who could get my car …. The same 3 people glued to their phones. More

I only got to work with Luis. He seemed to be the only guy working on anything even though there were 4 guys in the office. I literally had to ask for help in order to be acknowle He seemed to be the only guy working on anything even though there were 4 guys in the office. I literally had to ask for help in order to be acknowledged, by any of the other guys. Very strange. That aside, Luis provided exceptional service and took care of me. For that reason I am content. It’s just good to bring awareness to this issues with the other people working the service, because it’s almost like Luis was the only one helping. The other guys were not in calls either. I’m sure other customers felt the same frustration too….. More
