Disappointed. Called about vehicle and told them we would make 4 hour drive to dealership. Told the vehicle was there. Two hours into trip received call that it was sold. Recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler and couldn’t be happier! Fred was excellent and answered any questions I had. This was literally the best car dealership I've ever done business with. I learned during my visit that it is the only female owned Jeep dealership in the country & I sensed that it was something the sales business with. I learned during my visit that it is the only female owned Jeep dealership in the country & I sensed that it was something the sales staff was very proud of. I can tell you for certain, Ms/Mrs Bournival is doing something 100% right. Her sales staff is literally top notch. All of the employees seemed genuinely happy to be there and that only comes from being well treated by an employer and that treatment always gets passed down to the customer. Our salesperson, Fred, gave my son the white glove treatment, even coming in on his day off to show the Jeep. He was extremely knowledgeable about his product, and very patient when showing my son everything about the vehicle. We decided to buy, and the paperwork part of the deal was quick and painless. They even had my son's name on the Jeep positioned out front so we saw it when we came in. Nice touch!! They were the only dealership within 100 miles of my house that had the new Jeep we were looking for, and there are probably 30 Jeep dealers that are closer to me, but when it's time for us to buy again, Bournival will be my go-to. A+ More

This was by far the best and easiest experience I've ever had buying a car. We worked with Fred and he was easy to talk to, and showed us everything we needed to know. He spent the time outside in the cold s had buying a car. We worked with Fred and he was easy to talk to, and showed us everything we needed to know. He spent the time outside in the cold showing us how to remove the top and store everything so that as soon as the weather is nice we can cruise with the top off, he also made sure my phone was connected to wireless. This is our first Wrangler purchase- and most likely won't be our last because we are already in love with it. I honestly don't think I can say enough good things- if I could give the dealership a 10 I would happily do so. We love our Jeep, and will happily go back to Bourinval for our next purchase- THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. More
