Exceptional customer service I started going to this dealership in 2015. I was introduced to Ms. Betty Purgason who assisted in my purchase of a new car. Her professionalism and I started going to this dealership in 2015. I was introduced to Ms. Betty Purgason who assisted in my purchase of a new car. Her professionalism and knowledge was awesome. I felt very comfortable and not pressured to make a decision. Four months later I returned and purchased another vehicle. During the last three years I have been very impressed with the service department. During routine maintenance appointments the service consultants like Fred Duran, were great to work with. I just returned in 2018 to purchase another vehicle with Betty Purgason. I am happy to refer more business to NPTSA because of the great customer service experience. More
