Great service department, great sales staff, good deal! While in from Ohio over the weekend for a wedding my 2003 Chrysler 300M decided it was time for a new radiator. (It's a great car for someone and sho While in from Ohio over the weekend for a wedding my 2003 Chrysler 300M decided it was time for a new radiator. (It's a great car for someone and should be on the lot for sale) I decided 11 years was long enough and I ended up trading for a mini van. Fred Gregory was the service rep I worked with initially to determine the cost of a repair and Jacki Burke then took over when I let them know I was interested in driving the used 2014 Grand Caravan I saw online over the weekend when the car first started having problems. I had been doing my homework the past year so I would know what I would replace the 300M with. When I saw the exact vehicle I knew I wanted and it only had 30,000 mi, was clean and handled great, I knew it was going home with me. I was treated fairly with the amount given on the trade-in, the price of the van and the interest rate charged with financing I had them arrange. It took the sting out of having something come up on a weekend that should have been nothing but a happy occasion. If I lived in the Troy area I would certainly use this dealership again. Ask for Jacki, she's THE WOMAN TO CALL! More

We were told our T&C van was repaired and finished. When I went to leave the dealership several error messages appeared on the dash. We only went for oil change and tire rotation. The service write up man said they needed to replace the ignition switch because it would not work with a new key fob. The ignition switch was working fine when I came in. After 3 more hours, the car was finally finished. When i got home i noticed the dashboard had not been replaced properly. It was very shoddy workmanship. The next morning the car would not start and had no power. This work was done on JUly 24. Needless to say I had a bad experience at Suburban Chrysler. I will not buy another car from this Dealership due to the poor service department. More
