The BEST Dealership PERIOD I went in yesterday and met with sales woman Kristine Hill. I told her up front that I was having some credit issues but I REALLY needed a car. She was very understanding and really made me feel like she was going to do everything she could to help me, and she did. I thought I might be stuck there all day just to be turned down, but in less than 2hrs she had it set up for me to drive home THAT DAY in a 2014 car that had been turned in. I LOVE the car and I can't thank Ms. Hill enough for really going to bat for me and helping me get in such a great car and within my budget! Ms. Hill just earned a lifetime customer. When it's time to buy again, I will be going back and if someone asks for my opinion, I will be giving them her card. Thank you so much! More

Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of TROY is the warmest , welcoming , friendliest place I have ever been in. Not only did I walk out with a brand new jeep but I also walked out with a new friend. Jacki did such a great job putting my mind at ease and Elliott baby stepped me through the whole finance process and was wonderful. I came back in on Saturday, and even Fred in Service was great about answering all my service questions. I live in Clinton Twp and will drive those extra miles to have my Jeep serviced there and to shop for a vehicle for my hubby. A huge Thanks to whom ever hired and put these people in their positions because they are very good at what they do!! More

Jackie Burke is THE Lady to Call at Suburban! From start to finish, Jackie made my new Jeep purchase both quick AND painless. I wanted a specific Jeep. Color, Limited, loaded etc. Jackie never once tried to sell me something I didn't want or "close" enough to it just to move what SHE wanted to sell. Jackie got me THE exact Jeep I wanted. Fast. Same day fast. So not only was it quick, painless, AND got me THE Jeep I wanted, Jackie and the management Matt went above and beyond to get me out of my (then) current lease with VERY minimal spill over. I LOVE my new Jeep and had THE best experience. Would I recommend Jackie? YES. Would I recommend Suburban Chrysler in Troy? YES. They're awesome and I will be a lifelong customer! More
