He is well mannered, great people skills, detail oriented and overall a great person.
Jonny is an asset to any company he works at because from the 2 hour interaction with him I realized his traits.
I would recommend increasing Jonny’s responsibilities and let him have his own team to train. Or let him train the sales reps to explain how the cars operate.

When my lease will end later on this year I’ll be going there too. Generally, the current management team is busy managing their job security. They could care less for their customers. Too bad.
