Blew me off because I was knowledgeabl about a pre-owned car Long story short: I came in with knowledge about a specific car. Once the salesman I was paired up with notice how I wasn't a complete idiot, he Long story short: I came in with knowledge about a specific car. Once the salesman I was paired up with notice how I wasn't a complete idiot, he became visibly upset. I was held in the dealership for about 2 hours, half of which I was sitting alone at a desk. When we finally finished for the day, I was told he would contact me in a few days to clear up some issues about the car in question. A few days went by; he never reached out to me. I reached out to him eventually and was never contacted back. I left several messages with customer service at Nissan of Garden City and nothing helped. Even if I got a call back one day telling me the car was on sale for half price, I would not even consider buying it. This dealer will treat you terribly unless you seem like a moron who has no idea about cars. Knowledgeable buyers beware!!! More

Excellent service. Helped us out of trouble from another dealership. Very professional and courteous. Answered all our questions and are very knowlegeable of all their cars and equipment. Freddy- Was highly knowledgable about the vehicles being discussed. He went at all lengths to help accomodate me and my family and get us the car we wanted for the price we were comfortable with. His patience and ability to help me lease the car I wanted and leave very pleased, should not go unnoticed. Freddy is a strong salesman with confidence that will ultimately serve him and the dealership well. Carlos- Knew the interior and technologies of the 2013 Altima SV like he owned the car himself. He knew exactly where each feautured was located and what was needed to properly utilize the function. His positive energy and friendly demeanor helped to put the icing on the cake for my very good experience with Nissan of Gardin City. Both Freddy and Carlos deserve recognition for working together and making the transation possible. I would like to thank all those invovled for helping me lease my new car.
