Purchase and Service I just purchased my third auto from Gunn since 2001 and, as usual, it was a smooth, painless experience. Freeman Sparks was professional, friendly an I just purchased my third auto from Gunn since 2001 and, as usual, it was a smooth, painless experience. Freeman Sparks was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. When I expressed interest in the Honda Accord Hybrid that had just been brought in to Gunn, he made certain to notify me as soon as it was ready to test drive. Patrick Ford, in finance, was most helpful and had everything ready to go when I went to his office. Every experience with Gunn, whether to purchase an auto or for auto service has been nothing less than pleasant. They are the easiest auto dealer to work with and hire the friendliest staff. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. More

This was my 3rd Honda from Gunn - Outstanding Dealership! I recently traded in my Honda for another type of car from another dealership. The experience was so bad that, while I drove this new car, it hampered I recently traded in my Honda for another type of car from another dealership. The experience was so bad that, while I drove this new car, it hampered my experience of the car. The joy of a new car is not just the new car, but also the deal you made, the support you get, and the overall experience you have with a dealership. Gunn is so compelling that I sold the new car and went back to Gunn for another Honda Accord. I love the 1 low price, no haggle, and low pressure when check out. Great job Gunn! I will continue to recommend you to everyone I know. More

You were pleasant, courteous, never put out when answering all our questions and you demonstrated extreme knowledge of the product. Even from the beginning when there was a price discrepancy due to front office manager error quoting me a lower price originally then changing after, you sat me down and talked me into other feasible options. Even after some inward disappointment, the options you provided were extremely satisfying for us to get our expected price. It did not stop there though with your service, you quickly corrected another change in price provided to us from back office, knowing there was already a disappointment with front office error. If that second price, discreptancy was allowed to slide, I was prepared to walk out of Gunn Honda that day and never return. Thanks to your professional service, we are please to inform Gunn Honda that the experience you provided us was a memorable one and it is our hope to return again some day. There will be no hestitation to recommend you to our friends and family. In fact, my mother-in-law may soon be looking to trade in her Nissan and we will be directing her to you. We will check in with her again on it. Note: Even though we mentioned back office. Our experience in the back office was a pleasant one, it was just the front office manger service i would not rate as 5 star.They allowed me to walk out that Saturday after i told them the deal i was getting with another Honda dealer without asking me if i was happy with the entire deal(i.e vehicle color, seat color, mileage etc.). I took it on myself to come back in after reviewing some cars on the outside to ask on other options that was when they had me work with you. As always thanks for Great Sevice! We love our vehicle. We would definitely refer Gunn Honda because of the experience and service you provided us. I am sorry i tried to put this review on Yelp and it was rejecting my email address.
