We do not live close to a mazda dealer, so we looked at a couple. what drove us to Elk Grove was mainly Garrett's prompt call and inquiry about what we were looking for. Matt was awesome!! Our ONLY complaint was how long it all took we really were there all day. But we do understand they were extremely busy that day, probably because of their great customer service :) More

Garrett was so helpful! While he was thorough and persuasive, he never once crossed the line by being pushy or impolite in any way, and we have very high standards! We did not come to the dealership to buy, but came with the intention of looking only. However, Garrett's thorough approach, his hard work on our behalf (he truly did everything possible to get the best possible deal for us), and his courteous, smart, and friendly yet professional demeanor impressed us so much. Of course, we love our car--the Mazda 3! Garrett truly knows his products, which helped us to decide to make the purchase as well. Similarly, Grant Saige did a great job in finance for us. I had a great experience at Mazda of Elk Grove. Garrett was an exceptionally helpful, down to earth salesman who helped me through every step of the car buying process, from initial email of interest throu was an exceptionally helpful, down to earth salesman who helped me through every step of the car buying process, from initial email of interest through to driving my new car off the lot. He was fantastic. He treated me like a real person, not like a commodity or a quick sale. We joked and laughed and he absolutely went above and beyond what I had previously come to expect of car salesmen. He answered every question I had and even got me a great bid for car insurance - something he was not required to do. I didn't think I would be able to afford payments for a brand new car, but I was wrong. Garrett found me the perfect car, it is exactly what I wanted, and we were able to fit payments easily into my budget, with enough left over that I was also able to get the platinum warranty and still meet my budget! I love love love my new car and I'm so happy to say it's mine! I would absolutely recommend Mazda of Elk Grove to any one looking to purchase a vehicle. More

After some fair negotiations, he worked out the deal that we had discussed and showed great integrity. He is kind, informative, and has a calm demeanor that is easy to work with. During the purchase, Grant in financing was very pleasant to work with and made it a quick, smooth and positive experience. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable as he showed me all the workings of my new 2014 Mazda 6. He even showed me research articles regarding the safety. After five days I discovered a few scratches in the paint from vandalism. Garrett and Pedro in service went above and beyond in buffing out the scratches as a courtesy. Pedro did exceptional work and finished the entire car in brand-new condition again. This dealership is amazing and I love my 2014 Mazda 6. I also love the free lifetime car washes and powertrain warranty that was extended to 100,000 miles. I would not hesitate to buy another Mazda from this dealership. More

I completed considerable research on the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase prior to going to the dealer. When I arrived at the dealership I was promptly greeted and shown several versions of the vehicle I wanted to purchase prior to going to the dealer. I will be honest, my intention was to test drive the Mazda and then a vehicle I was also interested in from a different dealer. My effort went no further than Mazda of Elk Grove because of Garrett and his knowledge of the vehicle. He was able to provide a complete overview of the vehicle and answer every question I had. Like I said, I had spent considerable time researching the vehicle I wanted and not one time did Garrett respond with any information inconsistent with what I had found. This was a great car buying experience that made a process that can be very stressful very easy. More

He negotiated top dollar for my trade, I couldn't have gotten a better trade in value anywhere! I would certainly come back just for this sales rep alone! I got a very good impression of management through my rep as alternate deals were offered and I was impressed to say the least. The finance manager was friendly, honest, and to the point. He was very good at explaining all my options in a blunt no nonsense manner with zero pressure. Garrett and this dealership bent over backwards to make sure I got the best deal possible and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car! More
