I had the worst customer experience in last 20 years of my business with John Eagle Honda. I bought my car for service and my service man was terrible. Wouldn’t go there anymore More

Mike If I remember right you were service writer and was the best that’s why John eagle management saw your talent and promoted you to the position of service director. I understand that you guys cut back in many ways to be competitive and profitable. You guys decided to offer lift and Uber to take your customers home But to order a Lyft and then cancel it because customer tried to help Lyft driver to get to my house was outrageous and he was so rude about that I am not going to put your note to Lyft driver I worked in Oil & Gas business and know the ones survived the downturn were the ones that gave the better service
