So happy with my purchase! I purchased my 2011 car and just traded it in for 2017 Patriot. The service/guys is always exceptional. I'm comfortable and trust them with my car. I now have purchased a jeep and it was a delight working with everyone. The sales people were engaging, and very nice. They were straightforward, offered me a great deal, and I will keep coming back. I gave the price a 4 star because, yes it was a good deal but, I think prices for cars are outrageous. More

Unhappy Had my vehicle in the week after July 4th for service dropped it off at 7am, called after 1pm to check progress and couldn't get a return phone call Had my vehicle in the week after July 4th for service dropped it off at 7am, called after 1pm to check progress and couldn't get a return phone call for the next few hours, I eventually had to call the GM to get info needed. Once the service writer called me, he informed me of the issue and said they would need vehicle overnight, I told him that was not possible. They scrambled and got vehicle finished that day. I asked if both sides of engine were checked and was assured that they were and the issue was only on one side. After i picked my vehicle, i noticed it still had same issue though on a smaller scale. Went back within a few days and scheduled another appt, dropped vehicle of night before for a 7am appt. Called around 1pm to check progress left message with message center, no return call, call again around 2pm got service writers voicemail, left message again no return call, called back shortly after 3pm and while I was on hold they called me. Was informed that the vehicle was just checked(8 hours after my scheduled appt) and it was the same issue as before but the other side(the one I was assured was checked and ok 2 weeks prior but noise never left) and was told they would need to keep my vehicle overnight which was not an option without me having another vehicle to drive, was told there weren't any available. So after me expressing my displeasure in no uncertain terms I was told it could be finished today(funny how that happened) Also during all of this I called the GM(Ron Lovelace) who was not in today, was directed to Mr. Parks i believe and then directed to Miss Fox, left both individuals voicemails and neither returned my call. When dealing with the folks there in person they are great and personable. The professionalism of returning calls promptly is horrible, the overbooking of appts is horrible and the deflection and excuses are horrible. It is my belief that since it was warranty work, it was put on the back burner so to speak, Also this is a known problem on the vehicle but no recall is issued, so if my vehicle had been out of warranty, i would have been responsible for large repair bill. There is a ton of room for improvement at this dealership, curious to see if changes will be made!! More

I know that I will forget someone but here goes: Danny Craig has been my salesman for many different vehicles in the Chrysler line, he is excellent at trying to find exactly what you want! Jason and Alan in the sales and finance were great. Lee, Gary, Patty in the service area always try to put your needs first and make sure that you are happy. Brian and Heather in the parts department were very helpful in getting the correct items I needed for my new purchase. I appreciate all of you! Keep up the great work! Fred Adams More

Great Service Went in for an oil change and ended up buying 2 new vehicles! Gary Holder was very nice and professional, making us aware of all items needed such as recalls needing to be addressed, software upgrades needed to our vehicles, etc. while in service... But then we traded... These purchases were not made due to any pressuring from sales, but simply because my husband and I really wanted Jeeps. Thanks Jimmy and Daniel for working with us to get us in these awesome new rides. These two are top notch and loads of fun to hang out with while completing your transactions-Keep up the good work guys, you make an awesome team. I wish them all the best in the future, as I am happy now and will not be trading until the wheels fall off (for real this time)! ...And it will probably be for another Jeep! Overall, the dealership is clean, they are very courteous and have a nice selection of vehicles. Kudos to Daniel for taking me back to the shop to see the vehicle that had JUST rolled off the truck-bug guts and all! Thanks guys! More

So glad we gave Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram another try Years ago we had a sketchy service experience at this dealership, which was under other owners at the time. My husband explained our previous issue to Steve Ross in sales, who listened to his concerns and acknowledged why we were hesitant to return. Steve was so honest and forthright as he shared his understanding of the history and explained the new ownership's focus on customer service. He was responsive and exchanged multiple emails, phone calls, and visits with my husband. Steve's sincerity is what sold us on trying them again for service on my 2007 Chrysler Pacifica. Steve connected us with Lee Hyde in the service department, who agreed to work me in on a busy Saturday and to honor a service coupon from a nearby Chrysler dealership. Gary Holder was an efficient service advisor who heard my needs and offered reasonable service options in response. The car was finished in the quoted window of time. My only suggestion for improvement would have been Gary pointing us in the right direction to find my car when we picked it up. Fortunately, Steve was around and kindly walked the lot with us to find it. That same afternoon we were warmly greeted by GM Ron Lovelace, who echoed Steve's appreciation for us trying out their dealership one more time. My husband and I both feel confident that this dealership has undergone a change for the better and now has people on board who are committed to putting the customer first. Steve Ross's integrity is what has sealed the deal for us. More

Unhappy Our truck was taken in for an oil change and has never been right since. We have had it into the dealership service center four times in two weeks for the same thing. They cannot fix it and admitted they do not know what's wrong with it. Our truck is less than two years old. I feel like our truck will never be the same whatever they did to it. The staff did not seem to care about how much trouble it is to try and bring your vehicle up there every other day because they are not competent enough to fix my truck. I picked it up one one of the occasions and all my gas had been run out. Never buy anything there again. Service is horrible More
