I sometimes think customer service is a lost concept in todays market, this could not be further from the truth at Klaben Ford. From my initial introduction at the dealership, working with sales agent Mr. James, the finance department and even being personally thanked for my business and confirming i was completely satisfied with my experience at the dealership by the owner himself Mr. Klaben, I can only say WOW! Most of my questions were answered to my satisfaction by both Gary and Stacey. Our truck was delivered to us the next day, when we wanted it. Everything went as they said it would. The whole transaction was very quick and satisfactory. Stacey showed us how to setup our preferences as to how we wanted things to operate on the truck. Stacey called us a couple of days later to check how things were going and if we had any questions. She offered to try to answer any questions we have in the future. Very satisfied with both of them. The financial person might be advised to explain a little better as to why someone might be paying sales taxes on money they did not spend!!! More

Our most recent visit to Klaben Ford Lincoln of Warren was for the acquisition of an extended warranty after the purchase of a used vehicle. This vehicle was the second my wife and I have purchased in th was for the acquisition of an extended warranty after the purchase of a used vehicle. This vehicle was the second my wife and I have purchased in the past couple years; the other being new. On both occasions, Gary James was our sales consultant. During the purchase of both vehicles, Gary has demonstrated that he is personable, reliable, knowledgeable and above all HONEST, which can sometimes be difficult to find in this industry. He has also provided valuable assistance with introducing the service department. He once indicated that the service department at Klaben's of Warren is better than many; they have proven to be so. The Service Department has proven efficient, responsive and capable of resolving issues the first time; and they even wash our vehicles after service visits. I would recommend this dealership and Gary James in particular to anone seeking to purchase a vehicle. More
