I went in for oil change and spark plugs. I was there for hours for them to tell me my won't stay crunk. Truly incompetent and unresponsive. I was told to bring my car in for a scheduled appointment and then was told i would have to wait for 6 weeks. What did your service department expect I was told to bring my car in for a scheduled appointment and then was told i would have to wait for 6 weeks. What did your service department expect me to do for 6 weeks? Why would they have me tow my car in if they couldn’t look at it? And because I towed it to buddy’s, it was a whole ordeal to get it towed somewhere else, which was not covered by my AAA membership. Truly awful experience. I will make sure everyone avoids them. More
