They did an excellent job on repairing the dent in my car and went the extra mile by giving me a ride home after drop off, cleaning my car inside and out, buffing out other scratches and giving me a little paint sample to cover some of the deeper scratches. I brought my truck in or some warranty items that I needed fixed. It took them at least a week to do that. Then they had to send it to Body Shop to do some minor repairs. Also warranty took them 3 wee needed fixed. It took them at least a week to do that. Then they had to send it to Body Shop to do some minor repairs. Also warranty took them 3 weeks to complete that when I picked up my truck and arrived at my house, there was overspray on my back window and molding. I had to take it back and have them fix that. Also in service when they did the oil change, they did not do the tire rotation so I brought it in the following week to do that and the tech did not read the paperwork correctly and did another oil change and he left a mess under my truck oil has leaked on my driveway and I’m trying to clean my driveway at this time. I’ve called the service person. Danielle and I have not received a reply. More
