Great Experience It was time to buy a new car and since I was home, I did so remotely. I had worked with other dealers and other cars and Gavin was great. Not only d It was time to buy a new car and since I was home, I did so remotely. I had worked with other dealers and other cars and Gavin was great. Not only did he give me the deal I was looking for, it was without all the usual 'salesmanship' that make buying a vehicle such a chore. Once we closed, working with Tom Blanchette on the financing and Beng Ong on the delivery it was smooth and hassle free and since we are all working through challenging times right now, I appreciated the professionalism and no nonsense transaction. This is my second vehicle from Jaffarian and this one was better than the last. More

Poor communication and ignored. Negotiated a 2020 Highlander. Left to think on it and took a Jaffarian Toyota Printout of the negotiated deal with us. Later decided to go ahead with Negotiated a 2020 Highlander. Left to think on it and took a Jaffarian Toyota Printout of the negotiated deal with us. Later decided to go ahead with it and dealership will not honor it. Given such a runaround. Contacted the owner and his son (who told us to come in, wrap it up and do the deal we were given) . They will not honor the Toyota printout and are completely ignoring us. This was before closing due to virus. Our trade was bought THERE... Not great business for returning customers. More
