Thank you, Sloane Honda! You have an outstanding Sales Dep.! This is the third time we have purchased new vehicles from Sloan Honda. (1996; 2006 and 2018). Same sales department, different sales personn This is the third time we have purchased new vehicles from Sloan Honda. (1996; 2006 and 2018). Same sales department, different sales personnel, same outstanding buying experience! This year I bought a 2018 Honda Civic LX hatchback and my salespeople I worked with were Mike and his manager Gene Drak. We were treated with respect and patience. All of our questions were answered, and our time was valued. Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks to the Sales Manager Gene, our price was great and we got our new car the next morning. I highly recommend this dealership! More

hogwash BULL Despicable, reprehensible and downright ignorant dealership. Go at your own risk. It happened to me 2 times in 4 years. Drove 1.5 hrs. Thinking they have changed as the conversation on phone was rather intelligent and coherent. When I got there price we negotiated went from a Certified Used to as is becs price we agreed was not based on certified. This was on a 2017 Honda. What a load of hogwash. It was advertised as certified. YES now they know who I am. HOWEVER I have Text messages to prove....manager kept repeating mantra and was not interested in me giving him the text messages we had discussed. The sales person likewise was least interested in looking at messages he sent. Even though car was not clean nor detailed nor certified I was willing to take if they would certified as promised. It had a 3 inch crack at the back tailgate. REALLY. I made a formal complain to Honda. What a load of crackpot. This is why Philadelphia has a bad reputation with dealerships. GO BUY HOWEVER KEEP EYES AND EARS OPEN. More
