My salesman, George Anast, was extremely helpful and very professional. I appreciated being able to make my own decisions without the "hard sell" or "pushy" feeling you get from some salesmen. The overall experience was very courteous and they made me feel like family. I've shopped there for years and don't see any reason to look elsewhere. I came to Suburban Ford about 20 yrs ago. My vehicle was totaled in an accident and I needed a new car. I didn't think I would be able to afford one. When I walked into the dealership, I approached the first desk where George sat to see if he could help me out. He went above and beyond, as still does to this day. My wife was involved in an accident in her 2012 Focus on 9/20/13 so I brought the car to Suburban for repair based on the fabulous service I've experienced over the years from George in sales. John Krasinsk 9/20/13 so I brought the car to Suburban for repair based on the fabulous service I've experienced over the years from George in sales. John Krasinski was my first contact there. What a wonderful person! I can"t begin to say enough good things about John...professional, courteous and all of that stuff but what struck me the most is his sincerity and compassion. John is the best! I"ve been to the shop 3 times to collect documents & pictures for insurance plus just my general concerns. At every visit John is consistently courteous, kind and above all helpful without reservation. Somehow he manages to make me feel like my problem his only concern. This guy is without a doubt THE most valuable asset in the collision repair facility at Surburban Waterford! John...THANKS for all you do More
