Can't say enough for the excellent service that George Zepherin gave the wife and myself. My original reason for being at Scranton Toyota was for a recall on a corolla that my wife Janice owns but George Zepherin gave the wife and myself. I did not inform anyone that I was in the market to buy and not just browsing but George Zepherin was the only sales rep that approached my wife and me and was very helpful so he ended up with the sale. Purchased used car 8/24/13. On the way home check engine light came on. Got in touch with dealer. Was told someone would call me, no one ever called. I live 2 hours away. Didn't know what to do so took the light came on. Got in touch with dealer. Was told someone would call me, no one ever called. I live 2 hours away. Didn't know what to do so took the car to the Ford dealer. It is now on its second trip to the garage. As of now the Ford mechanics drove it more then me. It is upsetting they were very nice when I was buying the car.The dealership is big and a miscommunication happened. As of this time not sure if I would ever go back or not. More

Well at 1st I got correspondence through the mail. It stated that I might save money on a new trade in. Jenna gave me good news through the internet chat and rose my interest,and set up an appointment. U stated that I might save money on a new trade in. Upon my arrival I didn't have to wait long at all,someone approached me before I got in the front door. I met a man who looked very familiar,he introduced himself as George Z. He was straight up and knew my intentions after I explaned. I wanted to save money on my 2012 leased vehicle. George led me to a brand new Rav 4 which met my expectations. I know I will get the service at Toyota of Scranton because of the last 2 years dealing with the dealership. Great job to all and thank you !! See you soon. More
