Because of this dealerships lack of concern for addressing major safety concerns on my vehicle, I was almost struck this morning and the person who almost hit me became belligerent, hostile, and v addressing major safety concerns on my vehicle, I was almost struck this morning and the person who almost hit me became belligerent, hostile, and violent. So not only did I almost get into a collision, but also was almost assaulted because the other driver thought I panic braked on purpose. Paid cash for the truck knowing it had the check engine light on. Was told this is a simple repair and in writing they will fix it. Here we are a month later and they still have the truck. No communication light on. Was told this is a simple repair and in writing they will fix it. Here we are a month later and they still have the truck. No communication from any staff including management. It's been a nightmare to deal with. They haven't repaired the truck they haven't returned my calls they haven't given me a refund they just gave me a rental that I can't even use for my work. Super frustrating and just want my money back so I can go buy a truck I can use for work and stop pushing jobs and losing money because I don't have a vehicle that can pull a trailer More

The service advisor, Gerard, is very professional and the vehicle was repaired for what it was brought in for yet I had to wait 2 days for it to be diagnosed and several secondary items were unable to comple vehicle was repaired for what it was brought in for yet I had to wait 2 days for it to be diagnosed and several secondary items were unable to complete while they had it (like the brakes) as they didn’t have parts in stock (brake pads) had to take it to a 2nd shop afterwards.
