Routine service. Exceptional experience as usual. Brought my wife's car in for routine service. No surprises. Car was ready as expexted. When I got there I notices a small chip near the grill. I had n Brought my wife's car in for routine service. No surprises. Car was ready as expexted. When I got there I notices a small chip near the grill. I had no idea if it was there before but was very happy that the pictures taken at drop off would give a clear answer. As expected the pictures showed that the chip was there when I dropped the car off. It was just in a place that my wife would not have noticed it given her regular routine. The excellent service routine made it a stress free incident. I'll get it taken care of another time. More
