On February 24 both my daughter and I upgraded our cars with Grant and finance man Kenny. We had a positive experience all the way around and Grant went to bat for us. Grant is a very pleasant gentleman who has good product knowledge I myself upgraded to a Nissan Rogue, 2023 from a 2021 model . My daughter turned in her Carolla for a Nissan Altima 2023.. The entire dealership gives a chill vibe. Special shout out to my service man, Jeffrey Jones who always takes care of my service needs. Please see him for your service needs! Huge thank you to Grant! I'd spent months looking for my car to no avail. And then, practically overnight he magicked my car into being & delivered her straight to my doorste I'd spent months looking for my car to no avail. And then, practically overnight he magicked my car into being & delivered her straight to my doorstep. He was incredibly responsive & available for any and all questions I had, going above and beyond to work with my crazy travel schedule, send photos and videos, even facetime me too do a walk around when she was delivered. My lease was expiring and I reached out to Grant to find out what options I had. Grant provided me every scenario that was possible before I even got to the dealership! Grant was very friendly, professional, informative, and wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I didn’t even have to test drive my car before buying because I trusted him!! It was the best experience of car buying and I felt that I was in good hands. No question was silly, and I had plenty! He worked endlessly to ensure satisfaction and I really felt like part of the Nissan family and that I was important! I still reach out to him to this day and he’s just as helpful even almost 2 years later! Wonderful service all around!!! More
