In July 2012 I tried to purchase a 2012 cayman from my local Porsche dealer in Hilton Head South Carolina. The car was held in inventory at Hennessy Porsche Atlanta. I was advised by Hilton Head Porsche local Porsche dealer in Hilton Head South Carolina. The car was held in inventory at Hennessy Porsche Atlanta. I was advised by Hilton Head Porsche to deal with Hennessy directly to purchase the car. I called Hennessy and eventually spoke with Greg Jordan and purchased the car. Shortly after, I received an email informing me the car was sold to a local customer. I filed a formal complaint with Porsche corporate (#5228100) and have yet to here from anyone. Hilton Head Porsche has been my expiience with Porsche and it has been outstanding. They have maintained my 911 for the last decade and have always stood by anything they have said. For corporate to choose not to get involved is a bad reflection on Porsche and those of us that love the total Porsche experience. More

I have never been treated with this type of customer service as I was with Hennessy Porsche. I bought my 2012 Porsche over the internet without ever seeing or driving the car in person. Living in Southeast Ga., Greg Jordan and the management group treated my son and me like royalty. He picked me up from the airport, gave me a tour of the facility and best of all, had every bit of paperwork ready for my signature. I was finished with paperwork in 5 minutes and then taken to my car to explain the ins and outs of this magnificent machine. Mr. Jordan then had the showroom doors opened so that I could start my 5 hour trip home. Since purchasing my Porshce, Mr. Jordan has been phenomenal at taking the time to send me cards letting me know that I was a valued customer and that he was available anytime if I had any concerns. In fact, he set up for a Jacksonville company to come to my house and repair some air bubbles in my speed film. I can assure you that no one has ever gone through the trouble of keeping me happy or ensuring all my vehicle needs are taken care of properly. I have owned vehicles from Chevrolet, Ford, Lexus and BMWs. Was thinking about a Mercedes prior to this purchase yet that dealership was horrible in customer service. I am so happy I went with Hennessy Porsche. This has been the best buying experience I have ever had and I will definitely go back to them for my next vehicle purchase. More

Recently, I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2012 Cayman Recently, I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2012 Cayman R from Hennessy. I was involved in a transaction at another dealer which was not going wel Recently, I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2012 Cayman R from Hennessy. I was involved in a transaction at another dealer which was not going well (order which took close to 6 months and then the Porsche was damaged in port). I contacted Greg Jordan at Hennessy and explained the situation which included the potential that I still might end up dealing with the other dealer depending on the handling of/extent of damage to the ordered car. Greg said the magic words, 'what is important to us is that you are a satisfied Porsche owner'. Think about it, he was less concerned about the absolute sale and more about my level of satisfaction. How could one not want to do business with a person and company such as this? My wife and I drove from Birmingham to Atlanta for the purchase. When we arrived, Greg met us at the door with bottled water know that we might be in need of refreshment from the 3 hour drive. Each minute and hour spent got even better. We drove out early that evening with our car and a feeling of real satisfaction, our confidence once again restored. Greg has since contacted us multiple times to ensure we are satisfied with the deal and the car. We are! My wife and I have bought more than 40 cars over the past 45 years and I can say with certainty that this is either the best or one of the two best experiences that we have ever had. More

Contacted Internet Sales through the website and Greg Jordan followed up with me immediately. Greg Jordan is a true professional, very prompt and follows up on everything. After the sale he took the time (30 mins plus) to sit in the car with us and show us how all the controls operated and setup our customization of the settings with us and linked up the bluetooth settings.. Could not have asked for anything better other than the price of course :) But nobody else offers what Porsche does. More

I sent a request vis the internet and Greg Jordan returned my call in a timely manner. I informed him I was calling from another state and he informed me that he would not sell me the car because I returned my call in a timely manner. I informed him I was calling from another state and he informed me that he would not sell me the car because I could not bring the car in for service nor could I refer customers to him since I lived out of state. He preceded to tell me that they rather sell their cars to local residents due to repeated business. I could not believe what I was hearing so I ask him are you denying doing business me because I cannot bring my truck in for service and he said yes. Then he preceded to tell me that was company policy and he did not have the car in stock. I informed him that the conversation was minut and and he could have just sent me an email stating that they did not have the car in stock! Funny because my first question to Greg when he called was if they had any of the vehicles he said yes. Once into the conversation and by the end of the conversation it was no. No to Greg and Hennessy Porsche! More

While I knew that the car would exceed my expectations and turn Atlanta traffic from "pain" into "pleasure", I was completely unprepared for the quality of my experience with Greg and the entire Hennessy organization. From my initial contact with Greg through delivery, it was a painless and shockingly enjoyable experience. When Greg said "welcome to the family" (as in the Porsche family), he truly meant it and I couldn't feel better about the car and my experience with Hennessy. More
