I had visited local Chevy dealers in my area and was not pleased with their service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Greg Ormiston who made the experience actually exciting. I had my mind set on a vehicle and he took the time to explain all of my options in my budget. I walked away with a 2016 Chevy traverse which I love Bobby Haddad the finance manager was also amazing they both worked tirelessly to get me where I needed to be and their genuine care for me as a customer shined. My husband also drove away with a 2015 midnight addition Silverado. I will never shop anywhere else!! The are the example of amazing customer service! More

After meeting Greg Ormiston (sales consultant), we were immediately at ease. Very friendly, down to earth, and we never felt any pressure. He was able to answer all of our questions/concerns. When we were ready to talk figures, we met John Doucette (business manager), who was equally as friendly and professional. We felt like they truly had our best interest in mind the entire time. Definitely not the type of place people warn you about with the typical salesman. These guys are a great team and we would highly recommend them! Needless to say, we bought the 2015 Chevy Traverse and got a great deal! More

He made the process simple, he explained every scenario and focus on our wants and needs, immediate and long term. We were there for less than 20 minutes when we were shown the perfect vehicle. Size, color, price and extras we were not even looking for but realized we cant live without. A day later, were picked it up. The packages were not only reasonable, but really a gift. And how can you not protect your new investment? Herb Chambers made all of this possible for us and we are so very happy with the service provided. Fortunately, we have not needed the service department, but I feel this same recommendation would apply. Everyone at this location was super friendly, helpful and well....happy! Highly recommend..! More

I'll be the first to admit that I am a very demanding custom I had been to three different Chevy dealers before arriving at Herb Chambers in Danvers. I'll be the first to admit that I am a very demanding customer who does his homework and knows what he wants. My sales rep was Greg Ormiston. He listened carefully to what I was looking to pay for a new Chevy Silverado and assured me that he would try to meet meet my price. We went back and forth for three days, but I must say, there was no pressure to buy. The back and forth was friendly negotiations which was really almost one way (mine). Finally, we came to an agreement on the price and I'm happy to say Greg stood by his word word on all the extra's. I must congratulate the Herb Chambers management team for hiring and training such quality sales staff as Greg Ormiston. More
