Greg Skartvedt at Campbell Nelson Nissan

We were looking for a used Pro-4X Xterra with low mileage and found one listed online at Campbell Nelson. The problem was we live over 200 miles away. We called the dealership to get more information and feel very fortunate that Greg Skartvedt answered the call. He was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to answer many questions before we made the long drive. We even asked him to verify the height of the vehicle to make sure it would fit in the garage. So, he went outside and measured it and gave us a call back. When we arrived at the dealership after our 5 hour drive, Greg was very welcoming and had the Pro-4X Xterra ready for us to test drive. He was very knowledgable about the Xterra and answered all of our questions. Once we decided to purchase the Xterra, we needed to go to a local bank. Since we weren't familiar with the area, Greg drove us to the bank (in the Xterra) which saved time and frustration for us. Buying a car from a dealership can be a stressful experience. However, Greg's honest and friendly way of treating us made the experience a very pleasant one.

It was the best car shopping experience that we ever had! John and Greg were the best! Totally sincere/honest people putting their customer's interest before theirs! Very knowledgeable in what they are selling. Great after sale support! The best deal in the area perhaps in the nation! Great connecting with kids and involving them in the process! I can go on and on yet the bottom line is this dealership has integrity that is beyond what people could find in a regular dealership! We will definitely buy from them again if they offer EV SUVs with an exceptional driving range and an unbeatable deal! =]

Greg was at all times during our car purchase honest, trustworthy, patient,and empathetic. Everything Greg told me about the price, financing, and costs I was able to confirm elsewhere. He told me up front he doesn't play games or haggle and he never once did. After presenting facts he allowed me space to make my decisions without any pressure. Finally he demonstrated concern for me as I traded in my much beloved family gas hog for a new fuel efficient smaller car. I feel I got to know the real Greg and not just a friendly persona created to sell me a car. Had a great experience at Campbell Nelson Nissan.Greg Skartvedt really made me feel right at home. I ended up getting an amazing deal on a brand new Xterra Pro 4X!Its the perfect vehicle for me as a Ski instructor and all around outdoor enthusiest. I reccomend Campbell Nelson to all my friends. I have been to a lot of different Nissan dealerships in the area while on my hunt for a Sentra. I found the car I wanted off of cars.com, and called the dealership to see if it was still availible. I drove up and Greg had just pulled it to the front of the dealership, we jumped right in and test drove it. I LOVED it. (And bought it!) This is the best experiance I have ever had at a dealership. Unfortuantly, as a woman, going into a dealership can be intimidating. I had bad experiances where people were more concerned about selling their product, than actually helping me find the car I wanted. Greg was kind, answered all my questions, was fast and efficent. I drove up from Federal Way, and will never go anywhere else to buy a car. Thank you for your kindness and integrity. Truly you guys were an answer to prayer.

Being a woman alone in a car dealership can be a frigtening experience. I was so impressed with Greg and the whole Campbell Nelson team. I had been to other dealerships and was feeling very discouraged. I wanted to be treated as a person and not just a dollar sign and I was. Greg was not pushy at all, just the opposite. I am so happy I have found this dealership and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again Greg for helping me through my car buying experience.

I want to highly recommend this dealership and the Nissan products they sell. I was impressed with price of both my trade in and the Nissan Titan I purchased. As an example, after the deal was made they found an additional rebate I had missed when doing my research, sweet. The salesmen and support staff provided additional options for customizing my new vehicle both Nissan OME and after market parts. Once I took delivery of the vehicle, it was clean and sharp and exceeded my expectations. Dino (Nissan Salesman) took extra time to set up my phone to work with the Bluetooth system built into the Truck. I was impressed by the whole package that Campbell Nelson provided from purchase, trade in to delivery. Oh, and by the way the Truck looks awesome!

I went to Campbell Nelson to look at a car I had seen advertised via Craig's List. It was a low mileage car and there was a lot of interest in it. Greg and a few others on the sales staff were very helpful. I wanted to have the car checked out by my mechanic and time was critical due other people wanting to see the car. They helped me get the car to the mechanic and were very willing to fix the items needing attention. Greg was very good keeping me informed and returning calls. I would highly recommend Campbell & Nelson!
