The dealer was overall nice the only down side was they didn't seem to care about your time. They kept me waiting for extended periods of time by myself and took over 2.5 hrs to finish my paper work. didn't seem to care about your time. Sales was absolutely fantastic to deal with especially Greg! Service on the other hand has been a joke since we bought our jeep. We are about to come up on 1 year of ownership of the jeep and still have n Greg! Service on the other hand has been a joke since we bought our jeep. We are about to come up on 1 year of ownership of the jeep and still have not gotten the super poly steel put on. Any time we make an appointment it gets rescheduled. We have just given up with service and are paying for the protection of the super poly steel but have cut our losses on getting it put on the car. I will definitely deal with sales at Lawton Cjdr but will NEVER use the service department anymore. More
