Great customer service I was recommended to go to Westgate to purchase my next car by a good friend of mine. He said they weren't pushy and were super nice and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my friend was not only correct but they go above and beyond in their customer service. I did not feel pressured at all and was more than satisfied in how my husband, our oldest daughter, and I were treated during our time there especially since we ended up being there past close to finalize our purchase. We never once felt like an inconvenience for keeping them from their families a little longer. I would highly recommend the staff at Westgate for your next car purchase. You won't be disappointed. More

Worked hard for me Westgate went out of their way to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Low credit rating because of divorce. They worked on the lenders until we got where Westgate went out of their way to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Low credit rating because of divorce. They worked on the lenders until we got where I was comfortable. If I need another vehicle will go there first. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is they were insanely busy and there's just not enough customer parking. Will be better once they move all the Jeeps to the new building across the street. Great Experience We had a great experience here. They were very busy in the middle of a Saturday, but we had set up an appointment through USAA, which worked out grea We had a great experience here. They were very busy in the middle of a Saturday, but we had set up an appointment through USAA, which worked out great. We took a few different vehicles for test drives. They were able to work with us on financing and we ended up with a great vehicle! All in all, it was a good buying experience. Gregg Jacobs was great! More
