I have to say this was a very pleasant experience & I feel like these guys are our friends now. After all the trade in and final numbers were agreed upon we met Gregg he was awesome too. He explained all of our options for Honda Care & other warranties. I cant believe how happy I am to have found Heritage Honda. We typically keep a car for 10-12 years but I sure hope all these guys are still there when this car wears out, Ill be sure to stop by to say Hello when Im in the service department (For routine service only is my expectation). The best part is that the pricing was so great I was able to add in a few packages on the car without going out of my budget. A few months after purchasing the car I had to bring it into the dealer in a hurry for some work. Chris called me back right away even though it was after business hours, and worked with me to get the car into the service center as soon as possible. The following day he met me at the service center and made sure I was in a rental in no time. I would recommend Chris and Greg to anyone, especially those who may not be in the best position to buy.
