We just purchased our 5th Toyota from the Germain Toyota Dealership off of Scarborough Blvd. We went into this car buying process not wanting a Toyota, because we just wanted something different. However, as searched, we weren't happy with some of the other dealerships we had been to and decided to visit Germain. Greg White was our sales person and he's outstanding at his job. I've already recommended him twice to friends. He was so genuine, patient and extremely knowledgable about the cars we were considering. He made the sales part of the process very easy, which we were very apprehensive about - we don't like the negotiating part. Since buying our car, he has checked in with us a couple of times. We will definitely go back to him for our next car.

I have purchased Toyotas from Germain for over 20 years and feel I can trust them. I've always had good service and feel they give me accurate information and fair pricing. The employees are very pleasant to work with. This past experience with Greg White was very satisfying - he spent a lot of time with me explaining features of the car and was very honest in giving me the automobile and pricing I desired.

I purchased a toyota tacoma in the end of jan 2011. I had the best experience at germain toyota of columbus. I did Not have any saleman run out to me and make me nervous or overwhelmed. I actually went inside and asked for a saleman, I loved that! Greg White was my salesman I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and he said ok I can do that ( when I had been told before at another dealership that it was not). He was friendly and got me an even better price than what I had asked for !I am a current owner of a toyota rav 4 as well and he took my rav thru thier car wash and checked my tires when he noticed that my indicator light of a low tire was on. I will never buy anywhere else. I felt as if I was treated as a frind not just a buyer !

My wife and I had a great experience at Germain Toyota. We originally went in to purchase a new car for my wife, and by the time we left the dealership we both had bought new cars! Greg White, our salesperson, was great to work with. He took all day to make sure we knew everything we needed to know about the two vehicles. They offered the most competetive deals of anyone around town. We couldn't be happier with our new Prius and Highlander. I'm so glad we dealed with Greg White and Germain!

I can't say enough good things about Germain Toyota and Greg White. Throughout the entire sales process and my many many questions, Greg was responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I usually dread dealing with salesman, but Greg was down to earth and had no hidden agendas- he had the same goal as I did; for me to get a great car at a great price without any hassles.

After visiting several dealerships and receiving quotes from all over the northeast and mid-west, not one dealership was able to match the level of service or price I was able to achieve with Germain.

I couldn't have imagined a better sales process and experience than what I had with Greg. I requested a quote online from Germain's internet department and shortly after received a detailed quote and offer that was a true price out the door without any hidden fees or charges. After several emails and phone calls with Greg to clarify some of my questions and make sure everything was as it seemed, I wasn't the least bit hesitant to make a deposit. Since Germain had to do a dealer trade to get the exact vehicle I wanted, they weren't able to have it at their dealership that weekend as I had hoped (the other dealership was the problem). Since I live about 2 1/2 hours away, I wouldn't be able to get the car until the following weekend at the earliest. Instead of having to wait, they delivered the vehicle right to my house later that week in the evening after I had gotten home from work. The driver who delivered the vehicle (Karl) was excellent and presented me with all the paperwork I needed to sign and answered any questions I had during the process. Everything went extremely smooth and I was able to get the exact car I wanted without even meeting my salesman or visiting the dealership.

I bought my car right before Christmas which gave me plenty of opportunity to discuss my purchase with family members. Everyone was blown away with how great Greg was and how easy the transaction went.

I am still extremely impressed with Greg White, Germain Toyota, and of course my new car. I could go on and on with how happy I am with my experience and just want to finish by saying that anyone who hates car salesman and their high pressure tactics and wants a stress free and pleasant experience should definitely ask for Greg at Germain Toyota.

Excellent, the best car buying experience I have ever had and I would highly recommend Germain Toyota and Greg White to anyone looking to buy a car.

They went above and beyond to accomomodate bad weather and schedules, literally driving to both my wide's and my offices the next day to complete the paperwork and deliver vehicles. There wasn't any of the typical "gamesmanship" in making the deal, which I greatly appreciated.

I had a great experience working with Greg White and the entire team at Germain Toyota. Everyone I met was friendly, professional, and completely focused on making sure my buying process was a positive experience.

The sales manager was very responive to my emails and internet inquiry.

Greg White was very attentive and worked hard to close the deal and help me get the pricing I was looking to achieve.

My 2011 Tacoma had to be sourced from another location due to the specific color I wanted. The transaction was handled quickly and within the timeline committed to by Greg and the dealership.

I am very happy I made the longer drive to Germain Toyota and that I followed up after the first response to my inquiry.

I highly recommend Germain Toyota and Greg White to everyone that inquires regarding where I purchased my new Tacoma.

My Review of Germain Toyota of Columbus:
I would strongly recommend buying any new or used vehicle from this dealership and especially from Greg White. I went to Tansky Toyota before coming to Germain. I already knew what I wanted and was going to purchase that night. After waiting for over twenty minutes to speak to a salesman, I finally got fed up, left, and drove to Germain. The dealership was already closed, but Greg White still took the time to show me the vehicle I wanted to purchase and went on a test drive that night. Greg was extremely helpful and the truck I wanted was not in stock. I talked to Greg multiple times a day for the next few days until he was able to find the vehicle I wanted in another city and was able to get it shipped in for me.
There were several problems that came up in the meantime in getting this vehicle, which were all caused by the dealership where they were getting this vehicle, not Germain. Greg went above and beyond to resolve all of these issues and I could not have asked for anything better. I had not known Greg before this and after this experience, I would never buy a vehicle from another salesperson. Germain is very fortunate to have Greg White working for them and I would recommend Greg to anyone looking to buy any vehicle!! He is extremely knowledgeable will make what oftentimes can be a stressful car buying experience fun and stress free!!!

Greg did an outstanding job helping us get our new Rav-4. His customer service was top notch and he worked hard to make sure that we got the car that we wanted - which he found in Indiana. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. His name is escaping me, but the financial manager also did a great job of explaining the lease process and also going over my credit report. Overall, great service and I will buy from Germain again.
