It honestly would've been faster if I didn't have a last minute trade in. Basically, what you get out of this experience is based on what you put in. This was a great experience. I was originally just going in for a service on my 2019 Atlas and ended up with a 2024 Tiguan! LOL. Only bought here because they had the car I wanted at the time I wanted to buy. Tried to get it from someone else because the sales process was unorganized and I found multiple "errors" in their numbers pres time I wanted to buy. Tried to get it from someone else because the sales process was unorganized and I found multiple "errors" in their numbers presented to me while trying to close the deal. I at least used it to my advantage as leverage to get a price no one else could match. Finance guy spent more time talking about himself and his boat than trying to help me sign my docs and take the car home. I wish I were making this stuff up. More
