My name is Harrison Whitten & I am proud to be the fourth consecutive generation operating our family's business. I have grown up in & around the automotive world & truly enjoy operating our store. My family & I live in the city & love to take advantage of all Richmond has to offer. Whether it be on the water or on a trail, I can often be found having fun within the city limits when I am not at work. purchased a new jeep , very satisfied with everything we were very pleased with the professionalism and comfort level we had dealing with Trevon. Purchase of a 2014 Ram 1500 Sport Truck I wasn't really looking for a new truck and for sure had no intentions to purchase one but when I saw this big red truck out front I had to stop in an I wasn't really looking for a new truck and for sure had no intentions to purchase one but when I saw this big red truck out front I had to stop in and see it up close. I ended up in the right place at the right time and. Graham Redfern and Mr.Whitten worked up an unbelievable deal. They even waited for me to come back in to town and stayed late so we could get everything wrapped up. There were a couple of minor items on the truck that needed to be corrected by both the service department and the body shop. Communications seemed to break down between my service writer and the body shop so some issues did not get addressed the first time I took it back. The 2nd trip to the body shop to correct a factory paint issue in the bed of the truck resulted in some over spray residue being where it should not have been. A good quality control inspection before the truck was returned should have caught it. I contacted Graham Redfern and Mr. Whitten and brought the truck back for them to inspect. They both went all out to insure my satisfaction. The truck is great and I am pleased with my purchase. K. Kean. Chesterfield, Va. More

Percy Blackburn kept me informed of the work being done on the car and was very helpful in every way. He kept my son and his wife who went to get the Jeep informed and represented Whitten Brothers in an outstanding manner. Harrison Whitten along with the employees we communicated with I highly recommend them for anyone's future purchases at this Dealership. More

Excellent experience while purchasing my new Jeep I bought a new Jeep Cherokee Limited today from Whitten Brothers, and had an excellent experience. "Big Bob" was my sales rep., and he was very friend I bought a new Jeep Cherokee Limited today from Whitten Brothers, and had an excellent experience. "Big Bob" was my sales rep., and he was very friendly and helpful, taking a genuine interest in my needs. Mike was the finance rep, and he shared the same interest. Neither was "pushy". They were both extremely accommodating, and both provided very timely service. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Whitten Brothers if they have what I am looking for. More

2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon X I had a jeep several years back and had missed it. Liked the Rubicon X Package and Whitten had the only one in Richmond. I had the whole family in tow and we stopped by the Jeep dealer and loved the car and was very impressed with the staff. Graham Redfern helped us look at several different Jeeps and was very patient and low pressure. We needed to leave to meet friends for dinner and he quickly introduced us to Harrison who was very nice and professional. I looked at other dealers with the X package within a 200 mile radius, but I preferred to purchase the Jeep locally. Spoke to the Whitten team a couple times and we came to a price we could both live with. Our sales rep was not in that day so I worked with Harrison and Percy who made the actual buying process very quick. I would definitely recommend the Whitten team to friends who are interested in purchasing a Jeep. More

I write a glowing review shortly after I purchased the car, but feel compelled to update it after owning the car for a year. I have no problem with the charger, nor my initial sales experience. I have h car, but feel compelled to update it after owning the car for a year. I have no problem with the charger, nor my initial sales experience. I have had a problems dealing with service and the "after the sale" attitude. I honestly feel that once you sign on the dotted line, the concern for you stops. I also STRONGLY advise that you get anything and everything in writing and keep a copy. This includes everything they say is their normal service or sales policy. More

I have to say, this car buying experience has been stressful to say the least. I have been to 5 different dealerships, and they all sucked in fake staged service! If they didn't make me feel like crap stressful to say the least. I have been to 5 different dealerships, and they all sucked in fake staged service! If they didn't make me feel like crap about getting a car on my budget, they were using sale techniques that definitely put me on the defense. I seen the posting online (just about every website, cargurus, yahoo auto, autotrader, etc.) and called into the dealership around 7:50pm before closing. A nice woman helped me out (Gillian), as she was very sweet with answering every little question I had. I made an appt. & came in the next day and was greeted by some sweet men by the name of Willie and Bill. I had already had financing taken care of, and they offered to check for a lower interest rate, however I denied because I did my homework prior , and was financed seperately. Bill was my salesman and Willie was a manager. Now, let me say Bill is the BEST MAN EVER! A legit salesman in the business for 30 years, and loves his job. Everyone knows him, and even the customers spoke to him when I was looking at the car. He explained all the great accessories on the car and made me feel like I was his daughter. Usually salesmen take advantage of a young (24 yrs old) female, without any male present. I just felt like he really cared, and I believe he does overly care about his customers. The finance manager (Chris) was wonderful, and everyone was so humorous! The owner was even there, and I had no idea, as he did fit in with everyone, and made me feel valuable (and he was a cutie). Everyone go to Whitten Brothers on Midlothian Turnpike! You will have a WONDERFUL experience, and a fun one at that. I love my new 2011 Chevy Camaro!!! It is the BEST gift to myself for graduating in the Spring with my Masters! I love this dealership!!! More
