I have been in the auto industry since 1979, and I joined the Crown Auto family in 2006. I moved to the area from Pittsburgh, PA in 1962. I have been married for 25 wonderful years. In my free time I enjoy reading, cars, fishing, and traveling. The thing that I like best about working at Crown is my customers!

Very kind and excellent people. I would say that I had an overall great experience with everyone at Crown Buick GMC in Saint Petersburg. We were able to communicate in person, through email, and via text, I hope you guys know how lucky you are to have employees like him. Everyone else I met at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful, I have to mention my already dear friend Harry Ossenberg always polite or the nice lady at the front desk named Doris. Not to forget the cashier Doris Smith who is too always willing to go the extra mile in customer service they did an outstanding job on my car repairs. Harry Ossenberg is the only one I want to talk to about my car. Before I met Harry I tried different auto repair shops and would get fed a bunch of BULL. Then I would never go back to them and tell all my my car. Before I met Harry I tried different auto repair shops and would get fed a bunch of BULL. The other person I would like to mention is Owen the tech in the shop, he is awesome also. I have my own business and finding workers like Harry and Owen is hard to do. I first met Harry at Scott Buick when looking for a dealer closer to home & work. Shortly thereafter he was scheduling maintenance on my Dad's Buick also! That one runs great too....had it serviced today. Harry is so thourough and easy to communicate with. More

I purchased the GMC Acadia in early March 2013.......the sales people were attentive and went out of their way to satisfy me...they even installed leather seats and a trailer hitch 2013.......the sales people were attentive and went out of their way to satisfy me...they even installed leather seats and a trailer hitch for my used model and got it al done in 2 days......wow now last week i had a oil change service due , it was part of the 2 year certified car package aka it cost me zero......but Harry Ossenberg took care as if I was paying top dollar for it .......they were flexible re the reservation, promptly met me at Service reception , completed the service in less than 90 minutes including a wash job !!!! then 2 days after i saw a warning light for " service air bag system " show up on my dash .....i called Harry he advised we get it fixed for my safety.........we made an appointment, i brought the car in , it was fixed ( broken wire ) and again washed in less than 90 minutes.........I told Harry and I say it again, this is my first Crown car , and " I am really enjoying my Crown experience " c well done all...........sincerely Roger Podwoski More

It was time for my car's service (oil change & checkup), and I scheduled my appointment very easily. I arrived, and they took care of me right away, and advised that all was well, but I needed a checkup), and I scheduled my appointment very easily. I arrived, and they took care of me right away, and advised that all was well, but I needed an air filter. Told them OK, and then they took care of it. Harry Ossenberg is a great service advisor, and always keeps you informed as to what's happening with my vehicle. This was the first time that I could also "stay and wait" for my car, instead of just leaving it. Your new showroom, and waiting area are beautiful, and is kept very clean. I also must say that service tech Owen Runacres is a great asset to your Buick dealership. I trust him "COMPLETELY" with my car, and always ask for him to service our cars. Any problems are identified and after obtaining authorization to proceed, the work is completed in an efficient and timely manner. Follow up for next service times are always provided as a guideline, and the discount coupons provided by Crown Motors/Buick are always appreciated. The waiting area and rest rooms are clean and well-maintained, and all staff are friendly and cordial.
