Harry Shah - Jeep Compass 2016 Lease Review A few weeks before my purchase, I visited Subaru for one of their vehicles and although I really liked the car, the sales representative was awful. H A few weeks before my purchase, I visited Subaru for one of their vehicles and although I really liked the car, the sales representative was awful. He treated me like I didn't know what was going on and that I was wasting his time. I reached out to Milford Jeep in which the sales representative was great but the car he was offering me for the price wasn't up to par. I went to Danbury Chrysler Jeep Dodge last minute on my way home. I was immediately greeted by Harry in which they were not busy and I did not wait at all. He listened to what I had to say, what I wanted, what I could afford, and then found the Jeep Compass 2016 that I wanted. It had awesome features and working with Harry, we were able to get a great deal settled on. He knew the car very well and showed me everything possible. I didn't feel like he was trying to scam me and this being my first time making a "big girl" purchase as such, he made me very comfortable about the deal and ensured to explain everything. Great sales representative. He deserves a promotion! More

Delivering the impossible to a difficult customer I worked with Harry Shah and JB. I will keep this short and to the point: they delivered what they promised (Dodge Hellcat). Buying a Hellcat is a I worked with Harry Shah and JB. I will keep this short and to the point: they delivered what they promised (Dodge Hellcat). Buying a Hellcat is a frustrating process for any hopeful owner as the car has to be built, there is a wait list, and then there is the delivery time (predicting the delivery date is a dark art). Harry and JB, rather than giving me a hard date would give me possible dates with honest caveats of we really don't know but that is the target date at the moment. It did not arrive at the target date (only a couple of weeks afterwards) and yet I did not feel frustrated or misled as they had managed my expectations all the way through the process. Harry would call me when key issues came up, and if Harry wasn't around JB would jump in on a dime. My knitpicks were that they were learning some aspects of the car with me...but that is to be expected as they had only sold 2 through the dealership prior to mine being delivered. In addition, I found the finance department to be exceptionally low-pressure and straightforward. Their SRT service tech was also outstanding...he races himself and knows his stuff. So, the sales process, the finance dept. and the service dept. were all awesome. Did I miss anything? Strongly recommend. More

Another dealer that I had bought from before referred me to this dealership, because he doesn't sell Jeep and that it what I wanted. I visited many prior. I felt comfortable and taken care of. Harry Shah was very professional, very informative and fun and easy to work with!! He really cared about our family SUV needs. He took care of everything right away. I knew what I wanted prior to coming in and he didn't waste my time trying to sell me something else. He was thoughtful and understood what my needs were. He listened and provided solid informed information. To help me make a final decision on The Sport. He made the process easy to do! Even helped me pair my phone to the car system. JB and Carlos were also terrific to work with. They genuinely cared about the process. I liked the way Harry took me through the service department and introduced me to everyone there. A complete process! I will refer them for sure and I will be back. This is my third Jeep in 25 years. I've owned Range Rover, Toyota, Nissan, Hummer, VW, Tahoe, Saab, etc.. I am very pleased with my new car and with the painless process. They were outstanding!! Maybe I'll be back for a Grand Cherokee to replace the Tahoe soon. I like the free oil changes. More

I walked in with a general idea, however, Harry was able to aid me in identifying exactly what was most important to me and my family. I found this to be exceptionally helpful. I test drove a couple of vehicles, offered feed back, and he was able to identify the perfect "fit" for my needs.
