Easy buying experience , but I will say the rebates were not explained and the service plans were not explained very well. On the documents it was not described either. The prep of the Truck was pretty good. Did find one annoyance. There was apparently a protective plastic on the arm rest/ storage area that the glue was not removed. There was a sticky area on the arm rest and the silver latch on the middle console area. Attention to detail was not 100%. Maybe 80% for the prep folks. More

However, Henry Shah (and I can't say enough about him) took a difficult situation for me and made it easy. He was very supportive and thorough and matched me with the perfect car (a 2013 Jeep Compass) at the right price and monthly payment. Additionally, he made sure all the details were in line and that I did not leave the lot without an in depth knowledge of the vehicle. I have bought and sold a few cars in my life and Harry Shah by far was the best salesperson I have dealt with. This is my second purchase from Danbury Dodge and I have been happy both times. Clint is very friendly, and straightforward. He helped me close my deal while he was rushing to get to his son's recital (piano, I think), which made a huge impression on me. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the car, he had a great sense of humor and I felt absolutely no pressure the entire time I was there. He was able to work out a great price that included all of the features that I wanted, and he gave me an amazing trade in value for my old car. This dealership has such a great atmosphere and everyone that I spoke with were all extremely nice and helpful! They really make you feel at home and see you as a person/friend rather than a customer. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership for years to come! More

Do yourself a favor and at least stop by and talk to these folks. Zero pressure-great atmosphere. I was very nervous about getting a new car but while working with Harry he eased my nervouseness with his great sense of humor and knowledge of the car! He suggested a different car, but when I said I d working with Harry he eased my nervouseness with his great sense of humor and knowledge of the car! I love that Harry took the time to go over everything in my car, all the functions...even though I will have to read the manual as a refresher it was a great help!!
