Heather was my rep and she not only was pleasant, professional and courteous, but she got me out way before the estimated completion time of my maintenance. She also made sure that I was fully inform professional and courteous, but she got me out way before the estimated completion time of my maintenance. Fantastic service department. Always use Scott Clark Toyota for service when I’m in the Charlotte area. Asst Service Mgr Heather Sauer assisted me this week when my Avalon needed Always use Scott Clark Toyota for service when I’m in the Charlotte area.
