I had great customer service when I dropped off the car. The diagnosis was explained well. The waiting area was very nice to wait for my car. I was thrilled to have received my car clean. Thanks for the complementary car wash. Little things that we take for granted, but make a good impression. I felt welcomed, heard my worries, had a professional attention! Thank you. More

2 hours to get an oil change? I brought my truck to get an oil change and it took almost two hours and I ended up being late to a Doctor's appointment. There was no communication I brought my truck to get an oil change and it took almost two hours and I ended up being late to a Doctor's appointment. There was no communication on the delay and I kept on having to go ask and get the 'it will be done soon.' I would appreciate just being told the truth. I have bought 3 new vehicles form Valley and bring my vehicles in for service there vs somewhere cheaper as in the past have received treatment and service at a higher level, not lower level that I experienced. More

Friendly, Prompt Service Heather was my service associate. I found her very knowledgeable when I discussed my car's problem. She assured me that they would get to the botto Heather was my service associate. I found her very knowledgeable when I discussed my car's problem. She assured me that they would get to the bottom of the issue and they did. I also liked how friendly all the service staff was when I enter the garage. I was greeted and directed to when I needed to go. I needed to have a shuttle ride home as time was needed to correct the car's problem. I didn't have any waiting, as I was driven home right way by a very friendly Valley employee. I feel that Valley makes me a top priority whenever I come for service. More

Disappointed This is the second time I've taken the Acadia into the dealership and the person I end up getting is not in a good mood. Seems to be too busy to help This is the second time I've taken the Acadia into the dealership and the person I end up getting is not in a good mood. Seems to be too busy to help the customer. Although she did call me sweetie at the end so she may not have been as rude as she came across. Commenting on windows not being clean so I'm not sure if that had her preoccupied. Saw person tripping on carpets twice inside the building as I sat and waited for car repair. Disappointed as I used to love this dealership. Now I'm not so sure. May go to Bloomingtons. Person that takes money was very nice. More
